I decided to do a my chu self in a Fallout 3 type level system, I would have done Fallout 2 because it has a lower HP and AP system, as well as more Skills, but as I've never played it for myself, I figure go with 3, heh.

Got the idea from them cards where people have the character, and strength, and will, and what not and they normally sky rocket off the charts because they're lame, an have to be super over powered, Decided to go with the Fallout system because I think it works the best, 40 stat points no lower then 1 no higher then 10, three major skills, an not to mention Perks are just neat, and can really separate you from others no matter how identical you seem, and are fun to think up.

Long story short: Done in FO3 style because it is fun, awesome, and fair.

Note: My character in Fallout 3 is nothing like this, I just did this for fun.
